Additional coverage, second photographers, videography, or other services may be arranged separately upon request and availability.


7. Copyright and Usage Rights

All photographs, videos, and other creative materials produced by Eye-Res Media remain subject to applicable copyright laws and the terms of the applicable client agreement.

Clients receive usage rights according to the package or service agreement they have accepted.

Clients may not commercially reproduce, sell, license, or redistribute copyrighted materials without appropriate authorization.
